Subscription and Payment

We offer the following subscription options:

• Free: Access to the last 3 uploaded classes
• Monthly: $9.99/month with 7-day free trial
• Annual: $99.99/year with 7-day free trial

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute our content
• Use our services for commercial purposes without permission

Health and Safety

Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You participate in our classes at your own risk.
